Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Field-based BCBA to deliver high quality ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and communities. You will travel to diverse settings, assess needs, and implement individualized plans with strong family engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required/licensure in appropriate state or pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based ABA therapy directly in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Supervise and train RBTs in the field to ensure consistency and quality of care.
• Educate and coach families to support child progress across settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA team to review outcomes and raise care standards.

Education

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
