Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA required.
- BCBA certification required.
- Virginia licensure or actively pursuing licensure at time of hire.
- Experience supervising ABA-based programs by RBTs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide field-based ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
- Develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Train and supervise RBTs to ensure clinical consistency.
- Coach families and caregivers to implement treatment strategies in daily routines.
- Collaborate with supervisors and QA team to review outcomes and raise care standards.
