Global is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth across a diverse marketplace. You will manage your own territory, source new business and serve as the client-facing ambassador for Global's Bus, Rail & Roadside products.

In this field-based role, you will develop expert knowledge of local businesses, build relationships with marketing leaders, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling campaigns and solutions.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience selling to small and medium businesses.
• Experience in radio, outdoor or digital sales preferred but not essential.
• Self-motivated with autonomy and team collaboration.
• Effective prospecting and lead generation.
• Excellent listening to understand client needs.
• Ability to brief campaigns for the support team.
• Strong planning and campaign execution skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and documenting sales activity.
• Excellent diary and time management.

• Meet weekly KPIs and forecast sales, keep Salesforce records.
