Leidos is seeking an Operations-focused Field/Base Network Engineer to support the SMIT contract for NMCI. You will lead a technical team, manage incident response and changes, and work with government KOAMs to uphold security and performance across BAN/LAN/WAN architectures.

The role requires DoD experience, TS eligibility, and the ability to travel up to 25% including possible OCONUS assignments. You will document configurations, assist with deployments, and help maintain enterprise network

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting complex routing and switching issues.
• Experience with WAN/LAN configurations and network appliances.
• DoD security clearance with ability to upgrade to TS.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% including possible OCONUS travel.

Aufgaben

• Operate on a team responsible for BAN/LAN/WAN network operations.
• Provide COMSEC Local Element support at assigned locations.
• Document work activities and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate network upgrades and maintenance with stakeholders.
• Monitor network health and proactively identify issues.
