Leidos is seeking a Field/Base Crew Lead for the SMIT program to guide multiple implementation teams across Navy networks. You will direct hands-on deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities in DoD environments, coordinating with NOC and domain architects to uphold security and operational standards.

The role requires DoD clearance, IAT II certification, and Cisco qualifications, with travel up to 50% including potential OCONUS locations.

Qualifikationen

• DoD Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS.
• IAT Level II certification required (Security+ CE, etc.).
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP or higher certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including possible OCONUS travel.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and lead field crew during in-window activities and execution.
• Coordinate BAN/LAN/WAN operations, installation, configuration and repair.
• Maintain site documentation and update configuration records.
• Interface with NOC for incident troubleshooting and restoral.
• Support cybersecurity requirements and STIG compliance.
