Job summary

Kitchen Guard is seeking a B2B Sales Representative for commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning in Birmingham, AL. This field-based role emphasizes pipeline generation (roughly 80% of time) and on-site inspections for potential clients.

You will work from a documented playbook and video training to secure contracts with local restaurants. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses, with realistic all-in earnings up to six figures in later years.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of B2B outside sales or high-volume prospecting.
• Comfortable with cold asks and resilience when the answer is no.
• Proficient with CRM, Excel, email, and using an iPad for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Book 8-12 hood system inspections per week by phone, email, and cold knocking.
• Run the inspection: set up, access rooftops, photograph ductwork and components.
• Build proposals in the system and present them in person on an iPad.
• Close 2-4 contracts per week with a typical cycle of two weeks.
• Identify and route opportunities by building a submarket target list.
