Job summary

Global Team Staffing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business for commercial janitorial and cleaning services to offices, medical facilities, industrial buildings, schools, retail locations and other commercial clients in Birmingham, AL. You will identify opportunities, meet prospects, present proposals, and close deals to meet monthly goals.

You’ll leverage networking, cold calling, and CRM tools, collaborating with operations to ensure top service after the sale.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Janitorial, facilities management, or commercial cleaning sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare and present janitorial service proposals and pricing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up on leads and close new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent customer service after the sale.
