Job summary

XL Parts / The Parts House is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cultivate and expand our client base across the Texas region. Leverage your B2B sales experience to develop territory strategies, conduct proactive client visits, and drive product promotions while maintaining CRM records.

You will sign new accounts, grow existing relationships, and coordinate with store teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid state driver’s license and insurance.
Must have your vehicle.
Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Conduct active sales visits for new and existing customers – demonstrate products, explain promotions, and seek stocking opportunities.
Collaborate with store/operations personnel to improve service and resolve client issues.
Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and meet individual growth plans.
Implement and support company sales promotions.
Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate with their schedules.
Document all sales calls in the CRM during or after each visit.
Assess frequency of client calls and set up consistent pre-set appointments.
Attend meetings, conferences, and association events as scheduled.
