XL Parts / The Parts House is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to build and maintain client relationships in a dynamic B2B environment. The role focuses on growing an existing book while prospecting new accounts, requiring proactive outreach and strategic thinking.

The ideal candidate will conduct daily in-person sales meetings, demonstrate products, and collaborate with store staff to resolve issues. A strong work ethic and professional appearance are required.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license and insurance; must have own vehicle.
• Professional appearance and presentation are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct active sales visits for new and existing customers, demonstrate products, explain promotions, and seek stocking opportunities.
• Collaborate with store/operations personnel to improve service and resolve client issues.
• Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual growth plans.
• Implement and support sales promotions.
• Schedule appointments with clients and manage their calendars.
• Complete a minimum of 15 in-person sales meetings daily.
• Document all sales calls in the CRM during or after visits.
• Evaluate frequency of client calls and establish preset appointments.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and association events as scheduled.
