Roche invites applications for a Field Solutions Specialist to join the Roche Support Network. You will act as the regional automation expert, guiding workflow optimization, system utilization, and post-go-live support for Roche automation solutions across multiple sites.

The role covers the Southwest region with 50–75% travel; ideal candidates reside near Phoenix or Austin/Dallas within 40 miles of a major airport and bring strong lab/IT system experience. Relocation benefits are not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, IT, CS, Chemistry, Biology or Clinical Laboratory or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory IT products.
• Experience supporting Roche automation solutions or equivalent platforms.

Responsabilités

• Serve as regional workflow, application, and automation expert for Roche automation systems with hospital leadership.
• Provide consultative guidance on workflow, specimen flow, efficiency, middleware integration and application utilization.
• Perform workflow assessments, lead optimization activities post-implementation and standardize best practices.
• Coordinate follow-up visits, workflow reviews, and operational health assessments.
• Support implementation teams during planning, readiness, education, and transition to long-term ownership.
