Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a WTI Field Resource Foreman to lead safety, crew management, and execution of field service projects across designated regions. The Foreman will ensure timely service, monitor risks, and maintain high workmanship quality while coordinating with supervisors, sales reps, and clients.

Responsibilities include daily onsite safety briefs, managing crew start/end times, tracking inventory, submitting proposals over thresholds, and ensuring compliance with OSHA 30 requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have 30-hour OSHA certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, crew management, and project execution for field service work.
• Conduct daily onsite safety briefings with the crew, Sales Rep, and client.
• Manage start/end times, productivity, and material availability to meet scope.
• Prepare and submit end-of-day/ end-of-project walk-through reports and update punch lists.
• Coordinate with Supervisor for scheduling, HR escalations, and project approvals.
