Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee to inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers across the North Austin/Georgetown, TX area.

Starting pay is $30.53/hour ($61,500/year) with a $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates, comprehensive benefits from day 1, and extensive licensing/education support through the traineeship program in Ashburn, VA and field centers.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training/fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: consult with involved parties, review contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, manage rental cars.
• Problem Resolution: resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Meaningful Impact: drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
