GEICO seeks a Field Auto Damage Trainee to support customers after accidents in the Baltimore, MD area. You’ll inspect vehicles, write estimates, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with body shops and rental companies.

The program includes hands-on training at Ashburn, VA and a field training center in NY/TX/CA, with licensing and continuing education provided. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is a plus.
• Active Adjusters license or pursuit is encouraged.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
