Job summary

Progressive seeks an auto damage claims adjuster in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will be the point of contact with customers, directing the repair process from start to finish and negotiating repair pricing with body shops. Manage your own field workload, with occasional office visits and frequent travel within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant work experience with one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience.
• Alternate: Associate's degree with three years of relevant experience plus one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience.
• Alternate: Bachelor's degree with one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; comply with Progressive policies.
