Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Field Assessor for Commercial & Industrial Properties with extensive travel to client sites. You will perform field assessments and QA/QC inspections across electrical, mechanical, fire & life safety, and structural systems.

The role requires documenting data, identifying deficiencies, and preparing reports. Strong written communication is essential, with the ability to explain technical issues to clients clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in property condition assessments preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site physical building assessments.
• Collect and document data using various resources as directed by the program needs (electronic, web-based or manual).
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and recommend corrective/remediation actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports summarizing findings with photographs and supporting documentation.
• Communicate site visit results and compliance issues to key stakeholders.
• Follow all company safety standards and travel policy.
