Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a field assessment professional to perform on-site building evaluations across commercial, residential, and industrial properties. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to document findings clearly for client reports.

You will collect data, identify hazards, and prepare detailed reports with photos, while communicating results to stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and comply with safety and travel policies.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site physical building assessments.
• Collect and document data using various resources as directed by the program needs.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and recommend corrective/remediation actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports summarizing findings, including specific required and named photographs and any supporting collected documentation.
• Communicate site visit results and compliance issues to key stakeholders.
• Understand and follow and adhere to all company safety standards and travel policies.
