Job summary

Stantec invites motivated archaeologists to join our Environmental Services Cultural Resources Team working across Oregon and Washington. You will support field directors, conduct cultural surveys, monitor sites, and help with planning while collaborating with a multidisciplinary group.

The role requires willingness to travel up to two weeks, strong field skills, CRM experience, and familiarity with GPS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology or Archaeology.
• 1 year CRM experience.
• Experience with small and large archaeological crews.

Responsibilities

• Support field directors and project managers with pre-field planning and surveys.
• Demonstrate field skills; work independently or in a crew.
• Identify and record archaeological sites and traditional use areas.
• Collect field data and support construction planning.
