Job summary

Sartorius seeks a Field Applications Specialist to support downstream processing technologies across the Central Region & Canada. This remote role combines customer-facing engagements with internal collaboration to drive adoption of chromatography, TFF, and consumables.

Responsibilities include coordinating evaluations, trials, and training, plus troubleshooting and providing technical insights to strengthen our solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in application support or MSAT, with downstream processing experience.
• Experience with biologics or cell therapy context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluations, assessments, and consultations translating process requirements into product recommendations.
• Design, coordinate, and document customer-specific evaluation plans and onboarding outcomes.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and product issues with stakeholders to protect customer productivity.
• Provide technical insights to improve fit of proposed solutions and support opportunity development.
• Capture feedback and trends to support portfolio enhancements and training across teams.
• Train colleagues and customers on technologies and participate in internal learning opportunities.
