Job summary
bioMérieux seeks a skilled training and application consultant to support diagnostic product lines. You will deliver customer training, assist with implementations, and troubleshoot routine inquiries, both on-site and remotely.
Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, documenting interactions in CRM, and collaborating with Sales, Service, and Technical Support to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, or scientific field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in clinical laboratory operations, training, implementation, or related diagnostic fields.
- Experience with instrument troubleshooting, go-live support, or workflow optimization is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer training, implementation support, and application consultation for diagnostic product lines.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution for routine inquiries and escalate complex issues.
- Support instrument installations, go-live activities, and workflow optimization at customer sites and remotely.
- Develop and maintain productive customer relationships through responsive support and communication.
