Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Field Application Scientist to drive adoption of downstream filtration technology. You will lead technical discussions, influence process decisions, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to support portfolio growth.

The role requires 5+ years in downstream bioprocessing, strong TFF knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 75% domestically. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with a focus on science and process development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years in downstream bioprocessing or related customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and downstream development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for downstream filtration applications.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth.
• Develop data, reports, and training materials for customers and internal teams.
• Travel domestically up to 75% and occasionally internationally.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to accelerate opportunities.
