Responsibilities

• Install and validate diagnostic instruments and software at customer sites.
• Provide on-site training and support for Roche systems in core lab workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex instrument and assay issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver total solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and travel, using Roche CRM.
