Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to serve as the primary scientific and technical representative in the Colorado, Wyoming, and Eastern Montana region. You will install instruments, train operators, troubleshoot, and validate performance for Roche systems in customer laboratories.

With 70%+ travel and a company car provided, you will deliver on-site applications support across the product life cycle and work closely with customers to optimize workflows and data interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, cell biology, biochemistry, medical technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Install and validate Roche diagnostic instruments, software and reagent applications.
• Provide on-site training and troubleshooting across the product lifecycle.
• Resolve complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Roche teams on total solution implementations including automation and digital tools.
