Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to drive successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Roche Tissue instrumentation and solutions in the New York region. You will provide expert on-site training, tailored customer support, and strategic insights to maximize equipment performance and patient outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience with laboratory or IT products, with strong communication and project

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with project management experience.
• Strong customer consultative skills and ability to foster relationships.
• Experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory or IT products, reagents, systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for implementation and training across Roche solutions.
• Provide on-site advisory support during implementation and training.
• Identify opportunities for new system consumables and upsell Roche solutions.
• Apply specialized knowledge of instrumentation and applications to meet customer needs.
• Analyze customer needs and adjust procedures to meet complex requirements.
• Maintain quality systems and ensure compliance; attendance is essential.
