Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology or Clinical Laboratory or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory, IT products, medical diagnostic equipment, reagents and/or systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison during implementation and future histology application support, including planning and coordination for implementation and customer training.
• Provide on-site advisory customer support through the implementation of Roche Tissue instrumentation and tailored training to meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for new system consumables for clients and drive sales revenue.
• Maintain and improve the quality system and achieve quality objectives through daily actions.
