Job summary

Roche Holding AG in Maine seeks a Field Applications Specialist to act as the primary scientific and technical representative for Roche systems in customer laboratories within the Core Lab space. You will provide best-in-class on-site support, including application implementation, operator training, and troubleshooting throughout the product life cycle.

The role covers the Portland area with up to 50% travel, serving as a field-based, independent contributor who collaborates with the sales team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, and/or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, training, and troubleshooting for Roche diagnostic instruments and assays.
• Serve as primary on-site resource for complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with sales and Roche teams to support pre- and post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
