Job summary

Roche is seeking a field-based Support Specialist to deliver on-site customer support for diagnostic instruments and assays across the Maine region. You will install, train, troubleshoot, validate performance, and partner with Roche teams to drive total solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This role requires 50% travel, residence near Portland, ME, and biology/clinical lab background with 3 years of experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology, Biochemistry or Medical Technology.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class on-site customer support for diagnostic instrumentation and assays.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Install complex instruments, validate performance, and deliver on-site training.
