Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to join the Support Network in the Denver area, covering Colorado, Wyoming, and Eastern Montana. You will be the on-site scientific and technical representative, delivering installation, training, and troubleshooting for Roche systems in clinical laboratories.

You will build strong customer relationships, support product lifecycles, and collaborate with sales on demonstrations and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, and/or relevant experience.
• 3 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment.
• Experience in clinical chemistry and immunoassay.

Responsibilities

• Install and support Roche diagnostic instruments and software on-site.
• Provide operator training and troubleshooting across the product lifecycle.
• Serve as on-site technical resource for instrument and assay performance.
• Collaborate with sales on pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales support.
• Maintain CRM records and travel/expense reports.
• Travel 70% within territory, primarily Colorado, Wyoming, Eastern Montana, based in Denver.
