Job summary

USP Technologies is seeking an Applications Specialist to serve as the primary on-site technical representative for assigned customer accounts. You will perform wastewater sampling and on-site analyses, oversee chemical logistics, and maintain chemical feed systems while communicating results to plant operators and management.

This customer-facing role requires independent work, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site field work with wastewater sampling and analysis.
• Experience with chemical handling, storage and transport regulations (DOT/HazMat, SDS).
• Familiarity with field data collection and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform wastewater sampling and on-site analyses using portable instrumentation and wet-chemistry methods.
• Coordinate chemical logistics, forecast usage and schedule deliveries to prevent stock-outs.
• Perform routine maintenance on chemical feed systems and troubleshoot common faults.
• Serve as the on-site technical representative to assign customers and communicate results and recommendations.
