USP Technologies is seeking an Applications Specialist to act as the primary technical representative for assigned customer accounts. You will perform wastewater sampling and analyses, oversee chemical logistics, and conduct minor maintenance on treatment equipment at customer facilities.

You will translate field data into clear recommendations, communicate status to customers and cross-functional teams, and help ensure programs meet contract targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer-facing water/wastewater treatment or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on sampling/analysis and chemical feed equipment experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; HazMat/HAZWOPER training a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the USP value proposition across sampling, logistics planning and minor maintenance on-site.
• Build trusted relationships with plant operators and management; communicate field data clearly.
• Translate field data into actionable recommendations to meet contract targets.
• Communicate program status and recommendations to customer personnel and account team.
• Perform other responsibilities as required.
