Job summary

Enstall Solar Group seeks a Field Applications Engineer for the Eastern United States, with preference for New England. Expect ~50% travel (5–10 overnights/month) and hands-on technical support, product demonstrations, joint calls with sales, and field training to promote IronRidge products.

Based in the region, you will design PV layouts, collect customer feedback, coordinate training, and collaborate with Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to travel ~50% with 5–10 overnight trips per month.
• Experience with Salesforce and Excel.
• Knowledge of solar layout, mounting and racking.
• Ability to read technical journals, procedures and regulations.
• OSHA 10 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan territory technical sales visits, events and trainings.
• Provide on-the-job training for opportunities on the ground.
• Demonstrate products and perform joint calls with sales personnel.
• Design PV layouts to support sales, distributors and end users.
• Document application questions and feedback to Engineering.
• Report on market trends, code changes and competitive landscape.
• Travel ~50% with 5–10 overnights monthly.
