Job summary

IronRidge, an Enstall company, is seeking a Field Applications Engineer for the Eastern United States, with ~50% travel across the region. You will support technical product applications, demonstrate products, and train customers in rooftop and ground systems.

Based in the Eastern U.S., you will design PV layouts, document inquiries, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to promote IronRidge solutions and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Three to five years related experience and/or training or a bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical installation and engineering procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• OSHA 10 Construction required

Responsibilities

• Plan territory technical sales visits, events, trainings.
• Generate training reports to ensure all customer and sales engagements are captured.
• Coordinate and provide on-the-job training for new opportunities on the ground and rooftop.
• Provide customer feedback on improvements to products and/or training content.
• Develop curriculum for new products/services, including reference library and multimedia aids.
• Maintain records and report on changes in products, market trends, and code compliance.
