Job summary

Enstall Solar Group is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to drive technical sales in the Eastern United States. You will travel regionally (50%+, 5–10 overnights/month), perform product demonstrations, and train customers and partners on IronRidge solar mounting solutions.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree, be able to read technical docs, lift 50 lbs, and hold OSHA 10. NABCEP and Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Ability to travel ~50% with 5–10 overnights monthly.
• Experience in solar or technical field.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical docs.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Plan territory technical sales visits, events, trainings.
• Generate training reports for customer and sales engagements.
• Coordinate and provide on-the-job training for new opportunities on the ground and rooftop.
• Provide feedback to Engineering and Product teams.
• Design PV layouts in IR and other PV design software to support Sales, Distributors, and End Users.
