Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in company products, technologies, and applications across industrial markets.
• Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Translate customer needs into manufacturable system and product solutions.
• Configure standard products to meet application requirements.
• Design customized solutions using internal and third‑party technologies.
• Perform engineering calculations to support product selection.
• Serve as technical contact throughout sales and implementation.
• Communicate capabilities and concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Create drawings, documentation, specs, and training materials.
• Support design, testing, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Troubleshoot field equipment and systems.
• Provide training to customers and sales teams.
• Test equipment against specifications.
• Evaluate new products for field readiness.
• Provide product feedback to engineering teams.
