Job summary

Our client is seeking an Application Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, works directly with customers, and translates real-world challenges into practical engineered solutions.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, product development, and the customer, supporting the entire customer journey from concept to field deployment. Travel up to 10% may be required to site locations, including international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or closely related discipline.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information for customers and non-technical users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in company products, technologies, and applications across industrial markets.
• Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Translate customer needs into manufacturable system and product solutions.
• Configure standard products and systems to meet application-specific requirements.
• Design customized solutions using internal products and third-party technologies.
• Perform engineering calculations and technical analysis to support recommendations.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers during sales and implementation.
• Communicate capabilities and system functionality to technical and non-technical audiences.
