Job summary

Balluff Inc. seeks a Product and Application Specialist to partner with customers, sales personnel, and integrators to solve automation challenges and support Balluff’s system-level products.

You will deliver demonstrations, train customers, and develop BOMs and diagrams to illustrate integration of Balluff solutions. Travel and field-based work are required as you build relationships with regional integrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 2–3 years in field sales support, application engineering or technical marketing.
• Experience integrating automated control systems and industrial automation products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close system-level product opportunities with Sales and integrators.
• Deliver technical sales presentations, demonstrations, and customer training.
• Develop system-level product BOMs and technical diagrams; compare competitors.
• Design demonstration units for product launches and customer engagements.
• Provide post-sales troubleshooting and technical support.
