You will leverage Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, Salesforce, and Power BI in a fast-paced, hybrid field environment. The successful candidate will have a 4-year electrical engineering degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of related experience, with a self-starter mindset and strong

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree, electrical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and system/board engineering.
• Experience with design engineering.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time with customers influencing component selection.
• Champion ROI and engineering investment.
• Build relationships with suppliers and customers; keep stakeholders updated.
• Identify relationships among decision makers.
• Grow account base each quarter.
• Drive demand by maximizing Arrow content on designs.
• Leverage engineering and design services to facilitate solutions.
• Apply technical knowledge to influence designs using solution selling.
• Provide updates to field sales and support supplier lines.
• Participate in strategic branch meetings and QBR.
• Organize engineering customer events.
• Attend supplier trainings.
