Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Application Engineer in San Jose to lead technical engagement for NXP solutions. You will drive design registrations, design wins, and revenue growth by partnering with Arrow, NXP, and customers, delivering expert application support and solution development.

Ideal candidates have a strong semiconductor and embedded systems background, with experience translating customer needs into design opportunities. Hybrid work arrangement in the San Jose area is offered.

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience or an advanced degree with equivalent experience.
Preferred: experience supporting semiconductor products and embedded system designs, with knowledge of NXP microcontrollers, processors, analog, connectivity, automotive, or power management solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as primary technical liaison between Arrow, NXP, and customers to drive design registrations and design wins.
Provide technical leadership and support to promote demand creation and revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales across pre- and post-sales activities to support opportunity development and pipeline management.
Attend trainings, workshops, and conferences to maintain product and market expertise.
Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers within customer organizations and NXP.
