Job summary
Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Field Application Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for cabinet efficiency products across Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas and Iowa. You will work with regional sales teams to expand market penetration, deliver product demonstrations, and tailor solutions to customer needs.
The role requires independent work from a home office with travel within the territory and occasional longer trips.
Qualifications
- 2 years minimum sales or marketing experience with automation and industrial control products.
- Ability to work independently from home office and communicate effectively with colleagues with limited supervision.
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Responsibilities
- Increase annual sales revenue across cabinet efficiency portfolio at customer accounts.
- Coordinate with local Phoenix Contact sales team on joint activities and campaigns.
- Act as local technical representative for product lines and support sales on technical matters.
- Develop regional marketing tools, collateral, and campaigns.
- Maintain CRM with accurate client information and utilize it for reporting and tracking.
