• Engage with customers to provide technical service and troubleshoot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site customer visits for technical service, product recommendations, demonstrations, troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Develop and communicate value propositions for Henkel solutions.
• Provide high-level support for key accounts and global customers.
• Coordinate with Application Center, Analytical Group, Product Development and other teams.
• Interact with Operations and Quality to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Build relationships with OEMs and substrate manufacturers to access expertise.
• Develop and deliver technical training for customers and internal teams.
• Represent Henkel at internal and external events to reinforce market leadership.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Henkel and regulatory safety, legal, and environmental standards.
