• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you´ll do

Henkel Adhesives is seeking a customer-facing Field Application Engineer to support our Tissue & Towel business. This role is critical in delivering technical service, driving valueand promoting sustainability through Henkel’s expertise. You will collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, design tailored technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation. The position involves frequent travelling, engagement with multiple customer levels, from line operators to corporate technical and procurement teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Technical Service-Conduct on site customer visits for technical service, product recommendations, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.


• Develop and communicate value propositions for Henkel solutions.


• Provide high-level support for key accounts and critical NAMX/global customers.


• Coordinate with Application Center, Analytical Group, ProductDevelopment, and other internal teams.


• Interact with Operations and Quality teams on process improvements, and to ensureproducts meet customer requirements


• Build strong relationship with key equipment and substratemanufacturers (OEMs and OMMs) to access cutting-edge expertise.


• Develop and deliver technical training for customers and internalteams.


• Represent Henkel at internal and external events to reinforcemarket leadership.


• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
