Job summary
Henkel, a global leader in adhesives and coatings, seeks an Application Engineer to join the North American ACM team. You will support customers with adhesive solutions, guide trials, and contribute to product launches while collaborating with sales and field teams across the region.
You will work in a collaborative, technically driven environment, applying your lab skills, project management capabilities and customer-facing communication to deliver value and drive innovation in customers'
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or related engineering discipline.
- Strong laboratory, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience interacting with customers and driving projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support for adhesives and equipment, including troubleshooting and guidance.
- Support customer application trials and validations, including test plan development and data analysis.
- Develop and deliver technical training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to technical launches.
