Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business or related field and 8+ years in biotech/pharma sales, sales ops, training, managed care or related role.
- MS in Business or related field with 6 years of similar experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Commercial Effectiveness partner to field leadership and drive execution of commercial priorities.
- Translate analytics into actionable insights and recommendations to improve field performance.
- Lead adoption of Commercial Effectiveness tools, processes, and CRM capabilities; train and coach field teams.
