You will drive CRM, field systems, and data enablement for over 800 field employees and partner with Therapeutic Area Heads to optimize performance. In this senior role, you will shape incentive design, budgeting, and strategic execution, collaborating with BI&O and Field Heads to ensure alignment with commercial

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in bio/pharmaceutical commercial ops, with 5+ in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of CRM/SFA, analytics, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead field excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for field teams and enable scalable training.
• Oversee call plan design, field tech platforms, and incentive governance.
• Partner with senior leaders to align sales strategy with brands.
• Lead budgeting, decision-support, and cross-functional transformation.
• Develop and mentor Field Ops and Commercial Learning teams.
