Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a senior market analytics professional to lead commercial analytics across products and markets. You will synthesize primary research, secondary analytics, and competitive intelligence to drive strategic decisions for cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong problem-solving, project management, and vendor coordination, with an emphasis on data-driven insights, budgeting, and leadership in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Finance, Marketing, Statistics or related field and 6+ years in analytics/market research or competitive intelligence in biotech.
• Master's degree preferred and 4+ years of related experience.
• Ability to integrate secondary data, primary market research and competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
• Excellent knowledge of collecting and analyzing secondary data, primary market research, and competitive intelligence.
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; ability to present complex data clearly.

Responsabilités

• Develops the commercial analytics plan, manages related projects, and collects data to support the plan.
• Synthesizes information from multiple sources to identify opportunities and recommendations for Commercial leadership.
• Conducts analytics in targeting, segmentation, promotion evaluation, launch support, resource allocation optimization, and ad hoc analyses.
• Participates in the annual brand plan, brand/payer strategies, launch plan, and KPI development.
• Leads execution of analytics projects: methodology, vendor selection, questionnaire design, implementation, analysis, and recommendations.
• Builds and manages budgets; maintains vendor relationships for market research and competitive intelligence.
• Other duties as assigned.
