Brinks Home in Tulsa is seeking an Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment at customer sites. You will build relationships with customers while ensuring systems meet their needs and expectations.

The role requires diagnosing issues, demonstrating system operations, and providing on-site training. Candidates must lift up to 30 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of how an alarm system operates.
• Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification.
• NICET I.

Responsibilities

• Install and test the operations of all equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal verification.
• Drive to customer homes to perform service.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
• Replace system components as assigned; panels, peripheral devices, audible/visual alarms, etc.
• Conduct a thorough walkthrough / site evaluation with the customer to review work order.
• Customer education and training including a system demonstration.
