Brinks Home is seeking an Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites across the day. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and thorough site evaluations while upholding our core values of Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.

The technician will troubleshoot, replace components, demonstrate systems, and ensure proper functionality with sign-off after each visit.

Qualificações

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Good driving record and Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of how an alarm system operates.
• Must be ok with climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Must be ok working in tight spaces such as crawlspaces, attics and basements.
• Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification
• NICET I

Responsabilidades

• Visit customer sites to install, service, and inspect security equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical problems on alarm systems.
• Replace panels, devices, alarms and related components as needed.
• Drive to customer homes and perform service, with physical activity requirements.
• Provide customer education and system demonstrations.
• Conduct site walk-throughs to review work orders with customers.
• Install and test equipment to ensure proper operation and signaling.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usage and functionality.
• Maintain safety and keep work areas clean and organized.
