Sapience AI Corporation is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Sales Engineer. You will bridge Sapience AI's MINERVA and COGENT architecture with customer CRM/AMS and knowledge sources, leading discovery, design, pilots, and deployment.

You will run demonstrations and proofs of value on customer data, define success metrics, and collaborate with account executives to guide technical qualification and strategy. Travel to customer sites is required.

Competenze

Five+ years in a customer-facing tech role in enterprise software or AI.
Proven track record of winning technical evaluations and standing up proofs of value.
Experience building demos and integrations with customer data.
Fluency with modern AI/ML systems and ability to explain complex architectures.
Comfort with data integration, identity, security, and enterprise deployment concerns.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Mansioni

Lead technical discovery and design architecture connecting MINERVA and COGENT to the customer’s CRM/AMS and knowledge sources.
Build and deliver demonstrations grounded in customer use cases; define pilot metrics.
Configure and integrate Sapience AI in customer environments; ensure go-live readiness.
Provide security, privacy, and governance assurances throughout the deal lifecycle.
Carry field learnings back to product and engineering and shape the roadmap.
