Lincoln Tech is seeking a Field Admissions Facilitator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and provide essential support to our Field Admissions team. You will guide students through the enrollment process, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a smooth start to their educational journey.

You will schedule campus tours and other events, follow up on inquiries, and assist with scholarship testing while maintaining communication with families throughout enrollment.

Qualificações

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and families.
• Schedule and coordinate campus tours, bus tours, workshops, orientations, and special events.
• Follow up on student inquiries and discuss training needs with prospective students and parents.
• Maintain communication with prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of scholarship testing.
• Maintain and verify the database recording new student information.
• Complete admissions reports, paperwork, and correspondence.
• Provide overall support to the Admissions department, including enrolling students as needed.
