Job summary

Lincoln Tech's admissions team in Rowlett, TX is seeking an energetic Admissions Sales Representative to drive enrollment in our skilled trades programs. You will identify and engage prospective students, present program outcomes, and guide applicants through the enrollment process from first contact to start date.

This role requires sharp communication, consultative selling, and the ability to work with families.

Qualifications

• Experience in education sales or B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with students and families.
• Comfortable with technology and using CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compelling presentations about Lincoln Tech programs and career outcomes.
• Guide prospects through the entire enrollment process from initial contact to program start.
• Build relationships with potential students and their families through consultative selling.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
• Represent Lincoln Tech at community events, job fairs, and industry gatherings.
