Job summary

Enthuse Marketing, an education-led marketing agency, seeks a Field Activation Manager based in Philadelphia, PA. You will lead a team of 5-10 Activation Specialists delivering activations for a portfolio of spirit brands across on-premise accounts.

Reporting to the Field Activation Director, you will manage activation strategy, budgeting, and client relationships, travel within territory, and ensure compliance and successful execution while developing your team.

Qualifications

• College degree (4-year) or B.A./B.S. equivalent with focus on Communications, Marketing or Business strongly encouraged.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the bev-alc industry.
• 2-3 years people management experience preferred.
• Event management experience is a plus.
• Proven strong customer relationship experience.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
• Desire to lead, coach, and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and coach local Activation team, providing mentorship, and career development.
• Plan, track, and drive opportunities for team using market-level channel intelligence.
• Communicate regularly with client network to align on activation activity for local team.
• Manage financial responsibilities for local unit, including account support and T&E planning.
• Leads key initiatives on behalf of designated team including training, POS management, programming, insights, and local reporting.
• Travel within the assigned territory to work with direct reports to understand successes and challenges.
• Drive local team culture by highlighting successes and supporting agency-wide initiatives.
